Before submitting a Customer Visit Worksheet, please ensure the opportunity meets the following criteria:

  • The customer has incremental revenue potential of at least $250,000
  • Incremental revenue potential is focused on Mitchell’s core competencies (Residential Water System, Ag/Irrigation, Commercial/Industrial, Wastewater, Packaged Systems, and/or Controls)
  • Please do not make any commitments to the customer until after David De Rego has approved the request

It is likely that when you send a quote, our customer has requested quotes from a few providers. If you’re competing against other companies, you’ll want every possible advantage to stand out from the competition. Following up on quotes demonstrates our commitment to customer service and is a way to make things easy for our customers.  Additionally, quote follow up will give you insight on how to best manage your pipeline.
